Resul Pookutty to direct his first film with Amitabh Bachchan?!

The Oscar winning sound engineer Resul Pookutty will soon direct megastar Amitabh Bachchan! Sources have it that the ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ sound expert is changing his course of profession by stepping into direction with a Bollywood project. And for this, he has readied a script having Big B in mind as well as gone ahead to offer the film to the veteran actor.

Confirming the news, Resul in an interview said that he will be directing a Hindi film soon and he have given his script to Mr. Bachchan. Apparently Big B has loved the script and as of now, Resul is waiting for his dates. An announcement on the same is expected soon.

Resul Pookutty currently is waiting for the release of his latest work, which is Rajinikanth starrer ‘Kochadaiiyaan’.
