At a time when heroines from Kerala are foraying to other languages, Richa Pallod is making her entry to Malayalam filmdom.

The young actress who started her career opposite Vijay in 'Shahjahan', played a prominent role in 'Unakkum Enakkum'. She is all set to debut in Malayalam alongside Mammootty.

According to reports, the model turned actress who has acted in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films is cast with the top actor of Malayalam films in a movie titled 'Daddy Cool'.

According to reports the actress plays Annie, wife of Antony Simon played by Mammootty in the film. 'Daddy Cool' is directed by Ashiq Abu and is expected to be a fun-filled entertainer.
