Of late news was out that Genelia D'Souza-Deshmukh will be producing a historical movie. It is now said that the film will be based on Chhatrapati Shivaji and the actress's hubby Riteish Deshmukh will play the lead.

While Genelia had debuted as producer with Marathi film 'Lai Bhaari', she believes that its a big responsibility to produce her second venture; going by the fact that it is about a great legend.

"#ChhatrapatiShivaji is not just a film but a responsibility,we @mfc r excited 2 make a movie on this #GreatMaratha," posted Genelia.
