This one may well fall under 'Believe it or not' category but then, it is actually true. When the biggest of stars are giving an occasional flop, one man who has been enjoying a rather tremendous phase is Riteish Deshmukh.

With 'Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum' turning out to be a clean hit with it's collections comfortably crossing the 40 crores mark and still growing. Riteish now has six straight successes in a row, hence resulting in a double hat trick. Now that's one feat that not many of his counterparts are enjoying.

"His good phase started with 'Housefull 2' years back. Post that he has given successes like 'Double Dhamaal', 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya', 'Housefull 2' and now 'Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum' with an extended appearance in F.A.L.T.U thrown in as well", comments a trade veteran.

In fact even though many had all the right reasons to believe that he was fit only for multistarrers, a solo success in 'Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya' and now a two-hero success in 'Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum' has raised his fortunes.

Incidentally each of these six films has been a comedy. However Riteish doesn't have any intentions to change the track as yet, though he may throw in a surprise or two at times.

"It isn't as if his heart doesn't pine to do something different. However most of his attempts at doing a relatively serious film have failed. At the end of the day every actor has a niche market.

Riteish too has his own", an insider adds, "He would be doing a thriller shortly and there is a love story in the anvil as well.

Hopefully with his better market standing today, these films will be noticed. However comedies are definitely not going away. That's going to be his calling card for a while.

"Why to change engine of a running car", quips Riteish, "When the going is good, it doesn't make sense to start experimenting just for the sake of it. There is certain me that audience likes, so let me continue for a while."

Given the fact that his experiments like 'Rann', 'Aladin' and 'Jaane Kahan Se Aayi' Hai hadn't scored at the box office, he has all the right reasons to be apprehensive about changing course.

No wonder, he is all set to start another comic outing, 'Grand Masti', in a few days for now. Guess with a multistarrer to it, the trend would well continue.a
