Rajinikanth is called 'Superstar' for a reason. And the recent online conversation between New Zealand cricketer Ross Taylor and Indian player Dinesh Karthik reiterated this. Well aware that Taylor is an ardent fan of Rajinikanth's, Dinesh posted to him the photo of 'Lingaa's' first look poster, saying that this is a "first day first show watch" for the latter.

To this, Ross replied "Can't wait to watch!" But, the boys have to wait till the end of this year, most likely on Superstar's birthday. However, the musical treat of 'Lingaa', composed by AR Rahman, will reach our ears earlier, tentatively as a Diwali treat. Directed by KS Ravikumar, ' Lingaa' has Rajinikanth, Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead with Jagapathi Babu in an important role.
