Jayam Ravi starrer Dhaam Dhoom features a Russian actress Maria Kojinero. A martial arts expert, she plays a prominent role in the movie.

The actress was selected at a special audition by director Jeeva before his demise in Russia.

Expressing his delight at being part of the movie, she said, “It is a great joy to be part of a Tamil film. All the artistes were co-operative and I like every moment shooting for the film”.

She also expressed her admiration for Jayam Ravi. The actress says, “I have seen Jayam Ravi's film M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi before”.

After Jeeva's demise, the movie is now being completed by Jeeva's wife Aneesha with the help of cinematographer P C Sreeram.
