'S3' release date confirmed

'S3', starring Suriya, Anushka and Shruti Haasan in lead roles, is being made on a huge scale. Directed by Hari, this one has music by Harris Jayaraj.

The news is that the movie will hit the marquee on December 16. It was planned to be released for Diwali, but things haven't worked that way.

Actor Thakur Anoop Singh, who is doing Puri Jagannadh's 'Rogue, will be making his Kollywood debut playing the lead villain in the film. Besides being an actor, Singh is also an athlete, pilot and a model.

The movie has cinematography by Priyan.

Malkapuram Shivakumar is learnt to have bought the Telugu theatrical release rights of the movie for Nizam and Andhra areas at a cost of Rs. 18 cr.
