Popular actress Sangavi will make her foray on small screen with the mega serial Gokulathil Seethai, directed by C J Baskar.

The actress, who acted opposite the likes of Ajith, Vijay and Prasahanth, will play the lead role in the teleserial to be broadcasted on Kalaignar TV on weekdays at 9.30 pm beginning Monday.

Baskar has introduced the likes of actress Kousalya and Mallika to television. The title song for the teleserial was shot in Mumbai with Sadhana Sargam rendering her voice to the tunes composed by Dheena.
