The recent release of "Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya" portrayed Powerstar in such a role that he was one of the main selling points of the film. This has given an opportunity like none other for Powerstar Srinivasan who is bagging up more films now.

He is already to be a part of "Kana Laddu Thinna Aasaiya 2" and now it seems like he is to join the team of "Ya Ya". This is a film starred by Shiva and Santhanam and is to be a romantic comedy directed by Rajasekar, a former associate of director Rajesh. Vijay Ebenizer is the composer. The shoot for this film is going on and Powerstar is the latest addition to the team. Another rocking team for sure!!
