Now that the product is ready and is just waiting for a perfect day to hit the market, some interesting details about ‘Jaggubhai’ is doing rounds in industry circles. Our reliable sources confirm that Sarath Kumar is playing an Interpol officer in the film directed by his lucky mascot K S Ravikumar.

“Sarath plays a top Interpol officer, who goes to Australia on a mission. Shriya is his daughter while Goundamani plays a Tamil living in Australia. Most part of the movie was shot in abroad locales and hence, many foreign Tamils have acted,” they say.

Kiran Rathod and Goundamani are set to make telling comebacks with this movie, the music of which has been scored by Rafee, a former assistant of AR Rahman. Interestingly, it was Rahman who has recommended Rafee. He is a talented musician, they add.

Sarath Kumar's home production company Radaan Mediaworks, along with Zee Motion Pictures, produced this “high-voltage action flick” that is expected to hit the cinemas in November.

The film was originally planned with Superstar Rajinikanth way back in 2004, but was shelved later. Ravikumar revived the project after he completed 'Dasavatharam'.
