It's a longtime dream of Sarathkumar to play the lead role in a bio-pic on freedom fighter Netaji Subash Chandrabose. It seems it is all set to become a reality now.

The Nadigar Sangam president has been doing intense research on Netaji, and recently, he event met the patriot's daughter to collect details about him. "It was a great experience," says Sarath.

Meanwhile, Sarath is all hopes on his 'Sandamarutham', which is hitting the screens today. "I play a dual role, that of the hero and the villain," says the actor, adding: "One of them is an encounter specialist."
