Director Sasi who adapted Tamizhchelvan's short story 'Veyyilodu Poi' into a feature film 'Poo' is reportedly harboring thoughts of making an action flick. Despite 'Poo' succeeding in impressing critics and reviewers alike, the film did not manage a good box office outing. This probably is the reason behind Sasi opting to go the commercial cinema way.

According to reports, Sasi had approached Arya with his next script. Word has it that Arya is impressed but then uncertainty prevails as Arya's remuneration is expected to shoot sky high with 'Naan Kadavul' releasing soon. Sasi seems to have Plan B in place as well. The reports add that the director has also narrated the story to Jeevan as a precautionary measure.

There are many reasons behind 'Poo' not turning into a blockbuster as expected. One of them as opined by a few critics is that the story has been stretched in order to suit the feature length and this did not help the film at all. Moreover, the intensity of the girl's love for her man was diluted with some trivial scenes that eventually lead to the characters not meeting.
