Newcomer Vasanthmani who is an associate of director Nelson in Vijay`s Jilla` is debuting as director in an untitled film which has Sasikumar in the lead. Sources reveal that the team has approached Jai for the role of Sasikumar`s younger brother in the film.

The team is confident that Jai will give his nod and if it turns out that that way then fans can expect an encore of the cult classic Subramaniapuram` in which the close to life friendship and brotherly love between Sasikumar`s Paramu and Jai`s Azhagar is still etched in the memory of movie lovers all over.
