One of the biggest commercial and critical hits in recent times Sathuranga Vettai` directed by Vinod helped cinematographer Natty Natraj to launch his career as a hero. The heroine of the film Ishara too was we appreciated for her portrayal of the lead female role with multiple shades.

Ishara was booked as the heroine for a film titled Engada Iruntheenga Ivvalavu Naala`directed by Kevin Joseph with Akhil of Kalloori` fame as the hero. The producer of the film Joseph Lawrence has informed the media that the heroine after shooting for a few days absconded suddenly and has not picked up their phones after that and even after lodging a complaint with the Kerala Actor`s Union nothing was heard of her. However, when they did send a message to her stating they will go to the media and the court the reply was "go ahead". The producers are said to be contemplating legal action against Ishara who however is unavailable for comment.
