Seeman on Sunday denied allegations leveled against him by actress Vijayalakshmi, who leveled charges that “the filmmaker had ditched her after maintaining a close relationship for three years.”

Talking to journalists in Chennai, the founder of Naam Thamizhar Iyakkam said, “There is no truth in her allegations. Someone is instigating her to make false charges against me. And I know who it is.”

The pro-Tamil activist said his organisation would soon hold a public meeting in Chennai, to thank Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa for passing a resolution in the Assembly against Sri Lanka.

“Tamils living all over the world are happy with the resolution passed in the Tamil Nadu Assembly. It shows that all parties in the State support the cause of Sri Lankan Tamils in voice. Our thanks to the Chief Minister for her initiative,” he said.
