Director Selvaraghavan's 'Nenjam Marappathillai' was earlier announced as a June release. Now sources reveal that the makers are planning to release the film for the Ramzan festival weekend starting on June 23, 2017.

If this is true, the film will have to compete in the box office with three other biggies namely 'Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan- Part 1' of Silambarasan, Jayam Ravi's 'Vana Magan' and Santhanam's 'Server Sundaram'. We will have to wait for an official confirmation.

'Nenjam Marappathillai' is a horror flick starring S.J.Suryah, Nandita and Regina Cassandra in lead roles. Gautham Vasudev Menon has produced the film along with P.Madan of Escape Artists banner. Yuvan Shankar Raja has rendered the music score for the flick.
