The controversy ballooning up as for as the title of the film ‘Prem Adda’ has finally got a set back from the court.

The Karnataka Film Chamber of commerce has ruled that the words used ‘Prem and Adda’ should be uniform in style and size. That is because there is already a title in the KFCC as ‘Adda’ that belongs to rival of director cum actor Prem – producer BK Srinivas.

As it would lead to complications when BK Srinivas takes up ‘Adda’ the KFCC title committee has taken a decision to keep the same size for ‘Prem and Adda’.

Questioning this the producer of ‘Prem Adda’ Meka Muralikrishna, actor Prem (also director of fame in Kannada) and Mahesh Babu director of this remake film ‘Subramanyapura’ Tamil film approached the court.

The court has asked the producer of ‘Prem Adda’ to sort out the issue inside the office of KFCC and not to come to court with these issues. The court order is also according to the guidelines in KFCC – such matters should be sorted out internally.

It is inevitable for ‘Prem Adda’ team to come to terms with the Apex Body of Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce.
