Selvaraghavan directed 'Mayakkam Enna' featuring his brother Dhanush and Richa Gangopadhyay in the lead roles is much-expected due to reasons many.

The film first went on floors about five years back with Karthi Sivakumar and was later stalled and the duo went on with 'Ayirathil Oruvan' which garnered critical acclaim. After a series of events Dhanush and Andrea Jeremiah were roped in and the title was changed to 'Irandam Ulagam', and the latter walked out of the project due to reasons unknown.

Finally, the film started taking shape as 'Mayakkam Enna' and is gearing up for a release. This film is eagerly awaited by Selvaraghavan and Dhanush’s fans, especially since their earlier offerings 'Kadhal Kondein' and 'Pudhupettai' were well-received. Selvaraghavan is now busy planning the release date of the film, and is wondering whether the film should be a pre-diwali, diwali or a post-diwali treat for fans.

On his microblogging page Selvaraghavan wrote to his fans, "Guys...Your frank opinion, 'Mayakkam Enna' for a pre diwali? diwali? Or post diwali? (release) We are taking a vote, keep posting and thanks for the tremendous response. Will keep you posted on our decision based on your feedback".

What suggestions do you have for Selvaraghavan? When would you want to watch 'Mayakkam Enna'? Don’t forget to post your feedback for we'll make sure the filmmaker catches a glimpse of your feedback...
