Bollywood Badshah might be garnering enough attention for his forthcoming big screen ventures, but sadly the star is not so successful on the television.

According to several sources, Shahrukh Khan’s small screen avatar as a host in ‘Zor Ka Jhatka’ didn’t create as much TRPs as expected. The reality show which is the Indian version of ‘Total Wipeout’ said to have lowest viewer ratings ever for any show hosted by a Bollywood star. So much that, its TRPs is below than that of Rakhi Sawant’s show ‘Rakhi Ka Insaaf’, sources claimed.

While Rakhi's show opened with a rating of 4.12 TVR and maintained an average rating of 3.04 TVR, SRK’s opened with a 2.6 TVR but failed to maintain its viewer ship in the second week and its average rating dropped to 1.7 to 1.4 TVR.

This in spite the fact, ‘Zor Ka Jhatka’ was hyped as SRK’s comeback to television and also he was said to have been paid Rs 20 crore for the show.

Well, looks like the aam junta likes the King Khan only on the bada screen and doesn’t want to limit him within chota ones…. Hmmm truly a zor ka jhatka for the star…
