We reported earlier that Dhanush is going to produce and act in a new film directed by Durai Senthilkumar of Ethirneechal` and Kaaki Sattai` fame. The VIP` star is playing dual roles in the film as brothers and Vidya Balan was approached to play the love interest of the elder brother character which she was unable to accept due to date issues.

Now news is coming in that Shamili who is making a re-entry in Tamil cinema with Vikram Prabhu`s Veera Sivaji` has replaced Vidya Balan. Lakshmi Menon is the pair for the younger Dhanush. Sources say that this untitled film will be shot once Dhanush finishes the Prabhu Solomon film and before he moves on to Vada Chennai` directed by Vetrimaaran.
