Shankar’s next after Sivaji

Director Shankar is giving final touches to his mega project Sivaji. The movie slated for release this Tamil New Year's Day features Rajinikanth, Shreya, Suman and Raghuvaran in prominent roles.

Even before Sivaji could hit the screens, there is buzz and excitement in Kollywood to know whom Shankar would direct next. Sources close to the director say that Shankar would be directing a Telugu movie next.

After working with the Super Star of Tamil cinema, it is confirmed that the director will team up with the mega star of Telugu filmdom, Chiranjeevi, for this forthcoming venture.

The movie would be produced by Thirupathi Prasad.
