Actor Shantanu Bhagiaraj, who has completed shooting for his second film 'Pudhiya Varpugal', seems to have found the luscious expanses of Mollywood interesting. After having done just two films in Kollywood, the actor has made a shift to kerala, to test his skills in Mollywood too.

The film, titled 'Angel John', will be directed by Jayasurya of Speed Track fame. The film is about the life of a young, aimless son, called Maradona, who is the only son of Joseph, a bank employee. When his every plans to find success in life turn futile, he decides to commit suicide by walking into the sea. A stranger who comes up as a Saviour of the young man changes his life after rescuing him.

And guess what, the Saviour is none other than Mohanlal himself, who has agreed to do the cameo in the film. With Shantanu’s 'Sakarakatti' not exacting giving him sweet success, it now has to be seen if this Mohanlal starrer can be saviour in Shantanu’s film career.
