A film which has Nakul and Shanthnoo Bhagyaraj in lead roles, and was originally titled 'Nanba Two Idiots', has been rechristened as 'Amali Thumali'. "The new title suited the script than the earlier one. So the director has renamed the film," sources say.

The director of this movie is none other than K S Adhiyaman, who has given some of the memorable flicks earlier, which were appreciated for dealing well with human emotions. "Amali Thumali is a youthful entertainer," sources further say.

Swathi of 'Subramanyapuram' fame and Suja are playing crucial roles in this film, most part of which was filmed in Fiji. "Recently the cast and crew of Amali Thumali were off to Fiji to shoot the movie. The shooting is over now," they add.

Post production works are expected to start soon and the movie, if sources are to be believed, would be release by the end of this year. "Both Shanthanoo and Nakul are good friends and they had a whale of time while shooting for Amali Thumali, aptly reflecting the title."
