Sheela’s decision on secondary characters

Sheela has come a long way since her acting as Suriya’s sister in ‘Nanda. Later she got promoted as a heroine in 'Seena Thaana’ with Prasanna. This and her next with Arun Vijay flopped. She was then branded unlucky and she quietly moved to Telugu She proved lucky in Tollywood.

After a long time she was approached Nandakumar, as assistant of Saran for a Tamil film. But it turned out to be misadventure for Nandakumar as Sheela refused the film saying the secondary characters in the film are weak.

She was approached for the heroine and she wanted strong secondary characters? Read on.

When contacted Sheela said the news was true and stood by her bold move. She argued that even the secondary characters do a lot in films and they have to be strong enough to lift up the hero and heroine. It will be detrimental to the film if the lead characters don’t get strong support from secondary characters, she fearlessly opines.

Really valiant and that should make all film makers think before going to Sheela for their next film.
