The release of Belli` Kannada cinema has a rare situation in the film. While it was action outside a theatre in Chamarajanagara, it was action inside. Siblings Shivarajakumar and Puneeth Rajakumar are connected to this rare incident.

It is this action portion of protagonist in Belli` changes his future. Belli` for showing his guts in putting down a dozen tormentors are surrounded by four guys – Deepak, Prashanth, Vinod Prabhakar and Venkatesh Prasad. belli` is taken to shine in city. He ends up as a don.
