Shriya is making waves after the stupendous success in Sivaji. She is acting opposite the likes of Vijay and Vikram and couple of big projects including an Ajith's movie is on the cards.

Now the latest buzz is that Shriya has agreed to appear for an item number in a Telugu movie that stars Nayantara.

Shriya will appear for a song sequence in a movie titled Thulasi that would feature Nayantara and Venkatesh in the lead roles and is directed by Boopathy Srinivas.

It may be recalled that Nayantara had appeared for a song sequence in Sivaji that featured Shriya and Rajnikanth in prominent roles.

Shriya has been paid a hefty sum to dance for the song.

The shooting will be done later this week at Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad.
