Despite being unwell, Shruti Haasan has headed to Italy to shoot for her upcoming film directed by Siruthai Siva. The pretty damsel is supposed to shoot (with Ajith) for a romantic song in Milan and the actress has agreed to go as schedule since she didn't want to disrupt the shooting schedule.
A source close to the actress says, “Shruti had a viral fever on the day she left to Italy but she did not want to disturb the schedule and took off to Italy a couple of days ago, and we hear that she is fine now."
Meanwhile Shruti is fast wrapping up the shoot of Mahesh Babu-starrer Srimandthudu` in Telugu
