Released amidst high expectations, the film is, nor surprisingly, on the way of creating Box Office history. Dil Raju has stated that the film has been getting a tremendous response from America to Amalapuram. He is happy to have got the opportunity to distribute a Pawan film. "I distributed Toli Prema and Khushi, both which were blockbuster hits," he said at a press briefing held yesterday.

Pawan's inventive acting style and characterization have worked in the film's favour, besides, of course, Harish Shankar's witty lines and DSP's magical numbers. Action and dance choreography were appropriate, just as they were in the case of Panjaa, which saw a different style altogether.
