Simbu's 'Vaalu' Releasing on August 15th

There was a buzz that Simbu's 'Vaalu' may get stalled. But the reprieve is here, with the official announcement that the film will hit the screens on August 15th. Directed by debutante Vijay Chandar and starring Simbu in the lead, 'Vaalu' was facing problems on the producer's front. However, everything has been sorted out now and Nic Arts has announced that the film is an Independence Day release. The team also declared that music release for the movie will happen in July; tunes are scored by Thaman. Hansika plays the lead lady in the movie, while Santhanam adds to the laughter quotient of this comedy caper, canned by Shakthi.
