Following the suit of Pa Vijay is Snehan. For the lyricist has made up his mind to wear ‘hero’ shoes, thanks to the ‘encouragement’ from his friends and well wishers.

Snehan, who is playing an important role in Ameer starrer ‘Yogi’ says, “My friends in the industry have been asking me to do the lead role in their films. I am ready to accept the offers, but only after the release of ‘Yogi’.”

Saying that he would continue his career as a lyricist, Snehan says, “Writing lyrics is my primary job. It is the one profession which enabled me to garner the attention of others. There is no doubt of quitting it.”

On acting in ‘Yogi’, he says, “Ameer is a good friend of mine as I penned lyrics to his films earlier. One day, he approached me and asked to do a role in ‘Yogi’. I immediately gave my consent without any hesitation.”
