Music director Radhan, whose most recent output is 'Radha', composes for 'Arjun Reddy'. The single 'Mangaluru-Mussoorie' makes a mark with its touch of pathos and poetry.

Anantha Sriram's profound lyrics bring out the longing of the lover girl, who is sorry that her boy has been separated from her by circumstances. There is a sense that the separation is transient but which nevertheless is very agonizing.

Nikhitha Gandhi's vocals are mellifluous, mirroring the girl's helplessness and heart-felt emotions with ease.

All in all, the single scores well on almost every single count.
