Soundarya to direct Dhanush for 'VIP-2'

'Raghuvaran B.Tech' is one hit of Dhanush in Telugu. A sequel to this has been announced. To be screenplayed and directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth, the movie's story is by Dhanush himself. Besides, he will pen the dialogues of the Tamil version.

To be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu of 'Kabali' fame, this one will go on the floors come December.

Titled as 'VIP-2', this one is ambitious because it is a Telugu-Tamil bi-lingual. After the fairly good performance of 'Dharma Yogi' ('Kodi' in Tamil), which did well despite the competition from Karthi's 'Kaashmora', it seems Dhanush is eyeing the Telugu market. This explains going for a bi-lingual.
