When asked about this to Jeyam Ravi, he states that sports is something he is very passionate about and so close to his chest! He feels that it makes you strong both physically as well as mentally, and he is also looking out to brand some sports ideas to the community.

He also mentions that it was sheer coincidence that few of his movies portray sports as the central theme. In Boolaham he fights out Hollywood wrestler and it is one of the most anticipated movies of this year without a doubt.
