Contrary to rumors spreading in a section of media, it has been clarified from actor Ajith's close source that the actor did not meet V.K.Sasikala the close aide of former Chief Minister J.Jayalalitha.,
But Sasikala was visited by a prominent pan Indian celebrity couple on Monday.
Yesteryear dream girl Sridevi who ruled Kollywood in the 1970s and 80s paid a visit to Poes Garden residence and met Sasikala to convey their condolences for the death of Jayalalitha.
Sridevi could not visit Chennai to pay the last homage to the deceased leader on the day of her death but she had posted an emotional condolence message in her social media page for the unfortunate demise of her industry senior.
it is to be noted that Sridevi has acted as a child artists in the Tamil films which had Jayalalitha as the female lead. The list includes 'Kandhan Karunai', 'Nam Naadu' and 'Aadhi Parasakthi'.
