Bose starring Srikanth will be releasing in theatres this month. Happy with his performance in Bose, the movie's producer H Murali has signed the actor for his next venture also. The movie has been titled Kanakavel.

Music would be by Vidyasagar, while a newcomer Tarun Gopi, a one-time associate of Venkatesh would be directing the movie.

Srikanth says, "After April Madhathil, I play a college student in the movie. It would be a youthful subject with a mix of romance and action."
