Talks are that the Badshah of Bollywood was approached by filmmaking duo Abbas Mastan to offer the villain’s role in their film ‘Race’. However they had to return unhappy, because Shah Rukh Khan refused to play a negative character.

Apparently the King Khan felt that his audience might not like to see him essaying a villain’s role!

Oh now that’s something new...!!! Given the fact that, in his earlier career days, Shah Rukh was appreciated for playing the baddie’s role in movies like ‘Baazigar’, ‘Dard’, ‘Ram Jaane’ and ‘Anjaam’ - most of which were quite successful at box office as well. So why not now???
