SRK sex test trouble haunts again

Its trouble for King Khan doobaara. The Mumbai High Court will give the its hearing on January 10 2014 on the public interest petition filed by social worker Varsha Deshpande.

As we all know SRK has denied any such test to the complaint filed seeking action against him and his wife Gauri and others under the Pre-conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act in connection with their surrogate son AbRam.

In a recent development the Mumbai High Court has issued a notice to SRK and Gauri as the petition which was rejected in the lower local court was challenged by the petitioner Varsha Deshpande in Higher Court and the Court has responded.

The complaint, filed by lawyer Varsha Deshpande, alleged that the child's gender had been determined before birth, thereby violating the sections of the Act and it demanded an inquiry.

Last week end Justice R.P. Sandarbaldota issued notice to SRK, Gauri, Jaslok Hospital, and the concern authorities and given a date of January 10 2014 for the hearing.. Stay tuned for more..
