Last week three people were detained in Mumbai following a fraudulent transaction using Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s credit card. According to reports the Mumbai police will interrogate King Khan to confirm if he had lost the card or if the card was stolen from him.

According to reports, senior police inspector, Prakash Landge, of Mulund police station has also requested the statements of all recent transactions of this particular card so that they can reach a conclusion from when the card has been missing, and if more transactions have been made.

The inspector is also said to have confirmed that SRK who was shooting abroad would be back in India this week and has agreed to co-operate with the officials regarding the same.

Last week a sales employee, who got suspicious, had alerted the police when he found a credit card that belonged to Shah Rukh Khan being signed by Vinay Vijay Tambe after a gala purchase at the Shopper’s Stoppe in Mulund.

The culprits have been remanded by a local court into police custody, until the truth about the card emerges. They had claimed that they got the card from a bag that was found in a bag in Santa Cruz.
