Sitting pretty with towering success from ‘Kempe Gowda’ the stylish actor cum director after ‘Singam’ remake is now in another remake ‘Lakshyam’ a Telugu film.

The Kannada film of ‘Lakshyam’ is titled as ‘Varadanayaka’. This was the title producer Dhanraj planned long ago and held muhurut at Akash Recording studio. It was just ‘Varada’. Now ‘Nayaka’ is added by producer Shankere Gowda who made ‘Kempe Gowda’. Sudeep previous to ‘Kempe Gowda’ had a flop in ‘Just Math Mathalli’. But his cop role in ‘Veera Madhakari’ was a remake of Telugu film ‘Vikramarkudu’.

This time Sudeep is not directing his film but Ayyappa Sharma brother of Saikumar and Ravishanker is directing Sudeep. Ayyappa Sharma has almost finished Malashri starring ‘Veera’ Kannada film.

This is on floor in the middle of April 2011 with cameraman S Krishna and Arjun as music director who worked for ‘Kempe Gowda’.
