Sudigaadu mocks at serials, parodies ads

We went to Sudigaadu believing that it is a spoof only on popular and over-used cliches of Telugu cinema. As it turns out, however, the film took pot shots at mawkish television serials and had parodies on some brands.

Bharateeyudu kills an irresponsible and corrupt Corporator by forcing him to watch a scene from 'Pootha Rekulu' (episode number some 1,50,000). The title is inspired by 'Mogali Rekulu.'

In a scene where the heroine calls our hero through Hutch card, the hutch puppy follows him.

In another scene, our hero uses Everyday battery to 'artificially' recreate the Magadheera effect - that is to generate shock waves in heroine's body on touching her.
