Sukumar has been waiting for Ram Charan to come on board for a while now. He has a film lined up with the Mega hero, which was to be launched on Chiru's birthday on this 22nd, but which since has been deferred to a later date. We have reported days ago that the scheduled launch is in October. As for the film's shoot, it will be kick-started in the month of November. The music is by Devi Sri Prasad, Sukumar's constant. After all, it's an association Cherry will savour now that he is working with him as a producer.

While Cherry is busy shooting for Surender Reddy's Dhruva, Sukumar is simultaneously developing the script for Charan's movie, besides producing the debut movie of his brother's son Ashok, titled as Darshakudu. The latest development to take place with respect to this film is that Manoj Paramahamsa has been chosen to crank the camera. The talented cinematographer has, in the past, cinematographed visually rich movies like 'Ye Maaya Chesave', Shankar's 'Nanban' ('Snehithudu' in Telugu), and 'Race Gurram'. Last year, he was the cinematographer of films like 'Kick2' and 'Bruce Lee'. He has been associated with big-ticket and mega-budgeted movies like 'Jaguar', too.
