The actress with charming looks Suma Guha of ‘Durai’ Tamil film opposite Arjun is making her foray in to Kannada cinema. She is playing heroine to gentleman hero of Kannada cinema Ramesh Aravind in ‘Preethiyindha Ramesh’. Suma Guha plays the naughty, bubbly character that does not carry much of responsibility in this film and she is immensely happy on her first assignment mainly because of the disciplined and workaholic nature of the people she is working with.

A Bengali settled in Mumbai and acted in Tamil and Kannada films Suma Guha hails from an aristocratic family. Her father is a doctor and mother is a lecturer. Suma Guha has completed her graduation in science and she stood 3rd for the University. Initially her father was bit apprehensive for her daughter coming to cinema but now he is happy with her innings in the last one and half years.

‘There is no point in doing the same kind of roles’ says the pretty looking Suma Guha talking to this Indiaglitz.com Bangalore correspondent at the Confident Group resort on the final day shoot of her debut Kannada film ‘Preethiyindha Ramesh’. If not an actor I would have been a scientist says Suma Guha smilingly. She is a dancer in Kathak and Bharatanatyam Suma Guha was also into theatre for a brief period. Appeared in print ads she feels the film world very comfortable to her nature and temperament. She is in the discussion stage with one Bengali film and a Tamil film.
