When it comes to entertaining its target group of TV audience or radio listeners, Sun Network is a nonpareil. Branching out into production of films, Sun Pictures intially planned to make a big ticket entry into South Indian film by making at least 10 films at a single go.

However, news of its foray into Tollywood is still more curious. No sooner has Ram Charan Tej's new film with Bhaskar been officially announced, gossip mills have begun saying that this film that is coming up with an interesting subject that cinegoers of all age groups will like, is the one Sun Pictures is thinking of taking over.

Untitled as yet, the Anjana Productions film that will sell hugely given the fact that Charan is a star now, will also be released in Tamil! Said to be planned as a bi-lingual, the big-budget love story might also be shot in Tamil if the plans of Sun take shape.

We know that Tamil star Vijay's prestigious Vettaikaran's distribution rights have been acquired by Sun TV. As a film production company that has made its ambitions very clear, Sun Pictures is expected to give stiff competition to big banners of Telugu industry too.

Filmmakers will be more than willing to associate with Sun obviously because their films will get unprecedented publicity in channels owned by Sun TV Network.
