With only a week to go before the shooting of Rajinikanth's 'Kabali' to begin on the 17th of September, sources have spotted snaps of the Superstar in a Malaysian police getup and this has now completely changed perceptions about his character which was earlier believed to be that of an underworld don.

Erection of grand sets is going on at the Adityaram studios where the entire Chennai portions and the indoor work of the Malaysian portion are said to be canned in this schedule. Kabali`, directed by Ranjith has Radhika Apte, Dhanshika, Kalaiarasan, Nassar, John Vijay and Attakathi Dinesh in major roles.
