The foundation laying ceremony for Nadigar Sangam's new building has been happening since morning. The Association's General Secretary, Vishal inaugurated the function by laying the first brick. Popular actors and actresses have been gathering at the ceremony.

At 11:30 AM, Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan arrived to grace the event. After doing the formalities, Kamal spoke to the media where he said, "The new Nadigar Sangam building will serve as a huge castle to the actors".

Meanwhile, superstar Rajinikanth, who met the Malaysian Prime Minister at his residence earlier today, has also arrived at the function. He remarked, "The Nadigar Sangam foundation laying ceremony is a success. From now on, success will follow"
