Suriya’s latest movie is ‘Yamudu’. It is expected to release later this month.

‘Yamudu’ is the dubbed version of ‘Singam’ in Tamil. The movie is the highest grosser this season with a business of almost Rs. 85 crores it is learnt. In Tamil Nadu, the movie is running to packed houses.

Produced by K.E.Gnanavel Raja for Studio Green, the banner that had released the latest ‘Aawara’, ‘Yamudu’ is about an honest police officer. The movie is an action entertainer that will leave the audience spell bound. The movie is directed by Hari who made ‘Aaru’ with Suriya before. Devi Sri Prasad scores the music for this movie.

This is not the first time Suriya is playing a police man. He had done the Tamil version of ‘Gharshana’ as ‘Kaakha Kaakha’ which was also a blockbuster. Suriya in a cop dress again? Sounds cool! Catch ‘Yamudu’ in theatres when it releases.
