Star brothers Suriya and Karthi who are known for their philanthropic activities have donated Rs.25 Lakhs to the Chief Ministers Relief Fund. Suriya handed over the cheque to Nadigar Sangam President Nassar through whom it will reach the fund.

Murmers could be heard about the big stars completely ignoring the unfortunate people who have lost their homes and belongings but first Vishal and now the Sivakumar brothers have taken steps to give a helping hand.
