Actor Suriya`s highly anticipated film 24 has wrapped up the shooting. The actor took to his micro-blogging page to announce the news and writes," last day of shoot...Another close to heart project hope u all like it thanks to the entire cast n crew for all the hard work n fun."

The film is deemed to be an action-thriller and is directed by Vikram Kumar, who is relishing on the success of Manam. Nithya Menen and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are paired opposite Suriya as the leading ladies.

Suriya will be essaying three different roles in this film. Tollywood actor Nithiin has acquired the theatrical rights of the film for the Telugu version for a fancy price. Rumours were afloat that Samantha also holds a stake with Nithiin for this project.

Produced by Suriya on 2D Entertainments, the film has music by AR Rahman. The makers are planning to release the film for Pongal.
