Suriya Sivakumar has completed 15 years in Tamil cinema today (September 6). Remember, his debut, Nerukku Ner graced screens fifteen years back today on 1997!

Suriya is one of the most bankable stars in Tamil today, thanks to his films that cater to family audiences without losing on young viewers. He's also known for trying his hands at varied scripts and portraying varied roles and his roles in films like 'Nandha', 'Perazhagan' stand testimony to this.

Suriya recently turned television host with 'Neengalum Velalam Oru Kodi' taking him to small screen audience as well.

The actor is currently awaiting the release of 'Maatraan' that sees him as conjoined twins. He's also dubbing for the Telugu version in the film. Post Maatraan, he has Singam 2 with Hari and Thupariyum Anand with Gautham Menon.
