TN Theaters shut down for Cauvery

The Cauvery row has resulted in huge loss of property for Tamils as 50 private buses and 100 trucks have been burnt to ashes and also hideous attacks on the Tamil people shocked the world. To protest against these misdeeds the Tamil Nadu Farmers Association has called for a bandh in the state tomorrow the 16th of September.

Political parties, including the DMK and PMK, Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce, private schools and petrol bunks too are maintaining a shutdown till 6pm. The Tamil Nadu Cinema Theaters Association has announced that all the theaters in the state will remain closed for the day until 6pm.
